• Calculation Data: Values entered into the app, such as room width, room length, tile width, tile length, unit selection, and waste percentage, are used only to calculate tile estimates on your device. We do not receive, store, or transmit this information to our servers.
• Location Data: TileMate does not access GPS, location services, or any form of device-based location tracking.
• Automatically Collected Data: TileMate does not intentionally collect analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reports, or tracking data. However, your device operating system and app store provider, such as Google Play, may collect standard diagnostic or technical information necessary to deliver, update, and maintain the app.

3. How We Use Information

Since TileMate does not collect personal information for normal use, we do not use personal data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or resale.

The values entered into the app are used only inside the app to calculate total surface area, tile area, tiles needed before waste, extra tiles for waste, and the final estimated number of tiles needed.

If you contact us directly, for example through email or a contact form, any information you voluntarily provide may be used only to:

• Respond to inquiries or support requests.
• Investigate issues and improve app stability.
• Comply with legal obligations if required.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored app data may be removed from your device according to your device and operating system settings.

If you contact us, we may retain your message only as long as necessary to respond and maintain a record of support communication.

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Users should verify final quantities with a qualified installer, contractor, supplier, or construction professional before purchasing materials or starting installation work.
